Joe Rubertino is a dedicated family man and professional stepping into the political arena as your candidate for Heath City Council, Place 2. Married to Brittany Rubertino and residents of Buffalo Creek for over 12 years, Joe and his wife share a bustling household with their four young children, rooting them deeply in the Heath community.
Beyond his family life, Joe holds an MBA from Baylor University and brings a wealth of experience from his career in the Human Resources industry, both as a former Business Owner and current Legal Division Director for one of the largest professional recruiting firms in the US. Joe & Brittany are members of the Rush Creek Yacht Club and are very involved in serving the Heath community and schools through organizations, including the Aspasians and HHCA Cheer, and volunteering as coaches for multiple youth sports in which their children participate.
Running for City Council, Joe is driven by a commitment to preserve Heath's small-town charm while addressing the challenges of growth, infrastructure, and community well-being. As a candidate devoted to both the present and future of his hometown, Joe feels it’s the Right Time to step up and make the Right Choice for Heath residents to continue the fight for our families.

Joe will prioritize improving infrastructure on the city council to ensure roads, utilities, and public services keep pace with neighboring communities—preventing congestion and overdevelopment while maintaining Heath’s high quality of life for generations to come.

Joe is committed to responsible planning that supports local businesses and schools while keeping Heath’s low-density, high-quality living standards intact.
